Mr. Smith has over 30 years experience selling, marketing, and managing new housing/builder related activities. He assumes the primary responsibility for the analysis activities of Home Builders Research Inc., as well as serving as Chief Executive Officer. He is a five-term director of the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association.
