We have added another housing related report to our menu of Orange Report products. The Interactive Land Report File is one of our new monthly products. It will contain data from the most recent volume of our Las Vegas Land Report. Each month we will build an interactive file that will
open with your Google Earth™ application displaying the land sales data. The Interactive Land Report file will locate each transaction, and by clicking on the location a data summary box will appear. The data for each land transaction will include the buyer, seller, sales price, size of the parcel, price per acre or lot, and present zoning.

This report will NOT replace our Las Vegas Land Report. Our clients will still receive it in Excel format. This allows them to sort the land sales data, and build a database of land sales transactions. The new Interactive Land Report File “takes it to the next step” by placing our monthly land sales data on Google Earth™ satellite images. You can print out images as needed with the data displayed. The pricing schedule for our Land Reports is as follows.

Interactive Land Report file - $50 per month for a 6-month subscription = $300
Las Vegas Land Report - $70 per month for a 6-month subscription = $420
Call us to get both 6-month subscriptions for $100 per month = $600

We have attached a sample of the Interactive Land Report. It contains the land transactions from volume 163 of the Las Vegas Land Report. If you have Google Earth™ loaded on your computer, just click on the file and it will open. If you have any questions, call us at 645-4200.
