For the week ending September 28, 2014 the Las Vegas New Homes segment remained flat once again with reported Traffic per Subdivision hovering around 15 and Net Sales per subdivision coming in at 0.6.
The market was bolstered by strong weeks by Lennar Homes and DR Horton who combined for 55 Net Sales, just under 50% of all sales for the week. Richmond American and KB Home were the only other builder to reach double digit sales. Silverleaf by DR Horton off of Blue Diamond Road and Fort Apache was the top performing subdivision for the week reported 7 Net Sales, nearly matching its average per month since the project opened in April of 2012.
DR Horton also had the only newly reporting project this week, Driftwood Bay in the SW valley. The community consists of 74 lots with products ranging from 1735 to 2035 square feet on the corner of Maule Avenue and Fort Apache Road.
