For the week ending October 26, 2014 Las Vegas new home traffic and sales activity continued along the same pace we've seen for the past couple of months. Traffic and Net Sales per subdivision came it at just under 16 and 0.5 respectively. As for prices, Ryland Homes reported multiple adjustments along with just a few more spread amongst the other builders.
Ryland and KB Home led all builders with 13 reported Net Sales each. American West's Southbrook was the top performing community reporting 5 Net Sales bringing its total sold to date number to 29 since opening in July of this year.
There were two newly reporting subdivisions this week. Ryland debuted Bristle Falls in the NW valley with prices in the mid $200,000s. Toll Brothers launched another new detached product in Inspirada in Henderson with Carmona. The project features plans starting at 3,389 sq. ft. and prices in the $400,000s.
