Las Vegas Weekly Traffic & Sales Update 5.4.14

For the week ending May 4, 2014, the new home Traffic and Net Sales numbers reported were quite strong.  The Net Sales per Subdivision was a solid 1.0 and the Traffic per Subdivision was up at nearly 20.

The Traffic number was a bit skewed by the grand opening of Tevare by KB Home in West Summerlin.  Ryland Homes also debuted its Quintessa community in Mountains Edge, a 144 lot project ranging from 1626 to 2427 square feet.

Harmony Homes stopped reporting for their previously closed Avalon at Vista Cielo and Emerson communites.  William Lyon Homes also closed out their products at West Park Villas.

William Lyon also gave us our first $1 million base price in quite some time with a price bump at Sterling Ridge Premier.  Ryland, Shea Homes, Lennar, & American West also bumped up prices in some of their communities.
