For the week ending August 10, 2014 the new home sector of the Las Vegas market remained steady once again with a slight uptick in Traffic activity mainly due to Toll Brothers, Inc’s new activity in the Inspirada master planned community in Henderson.
Pardee Homes also debuted two new communities there in Altera and Solano with products ranging from 2267 to 4165 square feet and $325,950 to $495,450. These new openings follow six newly reporting subdivisions the previous week.
DR Horton opened eight additional, larger lots in Silverleaf, and Storybook Homes began reporting Sandcastle, a six-lot project in the SW. Aside from the activity in Henderson, Toll Brothers also opened Montecito in West Summerlin to go along with what they already have there with Santluz. Woodside Homes opened 113 lots in the Emerson subdivision in Providence, as well as Cielo de Estrellas and Cielo de Oro in South Summerlin with prices from $320,000 to $420,000.
Finally, we added a new Builder/Developer to the report last week in Touchstone Living. They currently have small projects in MacDonald Highlands in Henderson and in the NW with The Residences at Lone Mountain. Expect more to come from them in the near future...
