For the week ending November 8, 2015 new home net sales remained basically the same as we've seen for roughly three months now. Basically, one sale for every two subdivisions reporting. When looking at buyer traffic, we've seen a slight but steady decline since basically July and in some weeks those numbers are being propped up by some large turnouts for grand opening events. On average, builders converted 4.5% of traffic into new sales for the week. The top converters were Lennar Homes and Storybook Homes with 24% and 10.5% respectively.

We also noted about a dozen communities that raised base prices. We continue to wonder how far this can go as we head into the slower winter sales period.
