For the week ending December 6th the new home segment of the Las Vegas housing market limped into the final month of the year with the lowest overall net sales total since early January.  Buyer traffic was also slightly down but remained basically on par with what we've reported over the past month or so.  There were no new projects reporting this week, and only two builders were able to report double digit sales, led by Richmond American.

As the year comes to a close, Lennar Homes is and will be the only builder to reporting over 1,000 net sales for 2015.  The nearest competition should reach around 850.  The majority of those took place in the first half of the year as they reported 1,000+ net sales to start 2015.

Copper Ridge by Pulte Homes in the southwest sub-market was the top selling project this week with seven net sales, matching its average monthly figure since opening in March.

We also reported a large number of price adjustments this week, some down but mostly up.  Builders tweaking base prices included Del Webb, Lennar, Pardee, Pulte, Ryland, Signature, and Woodside Homes.
