Las Vegas Weekly New Home Traffic and Sales Update

For the week ending December 13th there was no significant news, although the Net Sales total did jump back up over 100 after a particularly low number the previous week.  Buyer Traffic however, ticked down under 3,000 for the first time since January (just under 12 per reporting subdivision).

Four builders reported double-digit sales led by KB Home.  Those four accounted for over 50% of the reported sales for the week.  Copper Ridge from Pulte Homes was the top performing project for the second straight week with six net sales.  Warmington Residential began reporting their Ridgehaven community near Ft. Apache and Russell which consists of 83 lots with plans between 2,000 and 2,400 square feet priced in the upper $200,000s.  It is the second of at least four projects they are opening in the valley after an extended absence.
