For the week ending April 5, 2015 new home Traffic and Net Sales in Clark County took a slight dip for the first time since mid-January as seen in our Weekly Traffic & Sales Watch. While the Net Sales per Active Subdivision was a respectable 0.7, it was the first time that figure has dipped below 0.8 since the first couple of weeks of 2015. Buyer Traffic also slightly fell to just under 18 "units" per Active Subdivision.
KB Home and Lennar Homes led all builders this week with 22 Net Sales each. When looking at Net Sales per Subdivision though, Century Communities posted 8 sales over 5 communities for a figure of 1.6. KB Home's Katella project led all communities with 5 Net Sales for the week.
Newly reporting projects this week were Dorrell Summit East by DR Horton (NW, 15 Lots, 2130-2630 SqFt), KB Home's Reserves 13 at Inspirada (H, 40 Lots, 1849-3059 SqFt), and Olympia Ridge by Lennar Homes in Southern Highlands (SW, 40 Lots, 4112-6234 SqFt). These new projects boosted the number of total reporting subdivisions in the report over 190 for the first time in quite a while.
