For the week ending May 17, 2015 new home sales activity in Clark County showed a slight increase over the previous week but still was below the activity seen for most of 2015. Richmond American debuted Marbella with prices starting at $414,950 and Verona Estates with 32 lots and plans beginning at 2500 square feet. Finally, Ryland Homes opened a new line of products in the Northern Terrace section of the Providence masterplan called Concord, whose 78 lots now gives them 136 total lots in the former Meritage Homes community.
