Las Vegas Weekly New Home Traffic & Sales Update

For the week ending May 3, 2015, new home consumer traffic and sales activity in Clark County again stayed steady with what we have seen over nearly the entire year thus far.  Ryland Homes posted the largest sales figure with 26 net for the week followed closely by KB Home and Lennar Homes.  On a "per subdivision" level, Century Communities, Del Webb, Pulte Homes, Shea Homes, and Woodside Homes all posted over 1.5 net sales per active project.


Pulte's Copper Ridge, located in the Southwest part of the valley near Ft. Apache and Warm Springs (just South of Wet n Wild waterpark), reported an outstanding 10 net sales to lead all subdivisions, doubling its overall total.  The community has plans from 2,040 to 3,763 sqft with base prices going from $266,880 to $404,880.

Newly reporting subdivisions this week were Adhara Cove by DR Horton in the South sub-market at Starr & Las Vegas Blvd. with prices starting at $359,990, and Brookshire Heights and Brookshire Estates by William Lyon Homes in the SW on Windmill & Durango.  Heights features 2-story plans starting at 2,757 sqft while the Estates are all single story plans going up to 4,199 sqft.
