For the week ending September 9, 2015, new home sales returned to levels seen consistently over the past three months aside from the uptick seen last week. Buyer traffic took another, ever so slight dip at a per subdivision level. Three builders reported over 20 Net Sales for the week led by Ryland Homes with 27 across 24 projects. Builders reporting stronger sales numbers on a per subdivision basis include Pulte Homes and Summit Homes.
Summit was also among a group reporting new projects this week. Their Hazelwood community has 21 lots located at Silverado Ranch and Maryland Pkwy. The project features three 2-story floor plans ranging from 1900 to 2100 square feet. Richmond American also debuted two communities, Sonoma Summit in Mountains Edge and Solano Springs in the northwest. Lennar has opened their latest offering in Southern Highlands called Cortona, a project with 291 lots and already reporting two sales. Finally, William Lyon Homes will soon be opening Allegra, the latest community in West Summerlin with plans between 2900 and 3400 square feet.
