For the week ending May 25th, Traffic and Sales again remained steady for the Clark County new home segment. Prices also remained steady aside from a few adjustments from Harmony Homes and American West.
This week we saw DR Horton introduce Marble Canyon in the Northwest with 1 Net Sale. Also, KB Home opened another 11-unit attached product at Inspirada under the "Monet" name. Pulte began reporting a new community for the second consecutive week with Segovia in Summerlin priced in the mid-$400,000s, and just down the road, Woodside is now selling its Belmonte subdivision with homes from 3,202- 3,934 sq. ft.
Warmington Residential is ready to close down their Providence communities which will now be marketed by Adaven Homes under the moniker Summit Homes of Nevada. Also disappearing from the report this week were Salem by Woodside and Solera at Stallion Mountain by Del Webb.
