For the week ending November 29th, the new home segment of the Las Vegas housing market showed steady sales numbers while buyer traffic cooled off with the weather as we reported the lowest average traffic per project we've seen in 2015. However, we also reported the lowest Cancellation Rate since early September. DR Horton led all builders with just over 20 Net Sales (Gross Sales - Cancellations) while their Whitney Mesa project in Henderson was the top performing subdivision with five reported Net Sales.
Newly reporting subdivisions in our report this week included Stonelake by KB Home; a 27 lot gated community in Henderson with four available plans ranging from 1947 to 2920 square feet.
Also new this week was Silver Creek by Richmond American which also has four available 2-story/3 car garage plans which range from 3082 to 3817 square feet. It will have 35 total lots and is located near Durango Dr. & Ford Ave. in the Southwest sub-market.
