Our monthly new home Traffic and Sales Area Summary Chart is now available for August 2015. This handy, affordable report gives a simple yet detailed snapshot of the new home activity for each of the Las Vegas valley's sub-market areas (East, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Northwest, South, Southwest).
For August, the SW market again dominated the valley with nearly 200 net sales, however there was also a cancellation rate of 20%. In contrast, the East sub-market with only 3 reporting subdivisions only had a 6% cancellation rate as well as converting nearly 20% of traffic into sales.
