The overall number of new home net sales for the week ending March 24th was the highest reported in exactly one year.

27 percent higher than the previous week according to our Weekly Traffic & Sales Watch. Three builders accounted for 46 percent of the sales including an amazing 52 net sales from Lennar Homes across their 33 communities. For the week 90 percent of reporting builders tallied at least one sale. Looking at average sales per project, American West Homes, Pulte Homes, and Summit Homes were the top performers.

Not surprisingly, three of the top four selling communities were from Lennar Homes and 49 percent of all active projects reported at least one net sale.

Grandview from Century Communities was the lone new project reporting this week located in the southwest sub-market area south of Blue Diamond Road. The community offers four plans and has an average base asking price of $329,740.
