Southern Nevada homebuilders finished 2021 with expectedly low sales totals due to the holidays but the year-over-year total is impressive.  December and 2021 summary reports coming soon!

Overall new home net sales for the final week of 2021 (ending 1/2/22) were the lowest of any week of the year.  This is to be expected with the holiday season wrapping up and some builders closing sales offices entirely for some of that time.  Interestingly though, the December total was the highest of the fourth quarter, something that is relatively unique historically.  For all of the specifics, and to track the Southern Nevada new home segment in the easiest and most affordable way possible subscribe to our Weekly Traffic & Sales Watch.  The overall net sales total for the year ended up slightly below 13,000, the highest since 2006.
