New home sales hit a low not seen for over a decade...
Our Weekly Traffic & Sales Watch reported a frankly abysmal week of new home net sales. The cancellation percentage also hit a level not seen since the start of the pandemic. The overall net sales total was the lowest we have seen since April 2020. Outside of the pandemic it was the lowest since December 2014. June is historically in the middle of the pack when it comes to net sales by month so it is not normal to see such a low total this time of year. The table below shows the lowest weekly sales totals in June since 1999.

We reported one new communities this week, Cordora by Pulte Homes. It is located in the southwest near Buffalo Drive and Windmill Road and offers four 2-story plans with base prices starting just under $500,000.
