With the month of May coming to a close, Southern Nevada homebuilders continued a solid spring selling season posting above average traffic and sales numbers once again.

Despite overall sales numbers being lower than a year ago, we are still reporting average sales per community numbers that we consider "above average".  Builders have averaged 0.8 net sales per community for eight straight weeks and buyer traffic per community has gone up over the past three.

KB Home and Lennar both reported over 30 sales each and seven builders registered more than 1 sale per community led by Pulte/Del Webb (2.7).  Sun City Mesquite continued to rack up the sales leading all communities for the week and adding to their total for 2019 which is the highest in Southern Nevada.  Another "outlying" project, Ventano by William Lyon Homes in Pahrump came in second place with eight sales.
