Overall numbers ticked down for the third straight week.

Our Weekly Traffic & Sales Watch reported a 17 percent week-to-week decrease in overall new home net sales as the cancellation rate once again increased to just slightly under 30 percent.  Available new home inventory increased for the third straight week and is at its highest level since September 2020.  The chart this week shows the total number of traffic and net sales per week in 2022.    

We reported two new communities this week, Landmark at Black Mountain Ranch from Lennar and Azure Park by Tri Pointe Homes.  Landmark is the fourth product line within the Black Mountain Ranch community in Henderson and offers three 2-story plans roughly 2,500 to 3,000 square feet and 210 lots.  Azure Park consists of 117 lots within the Villages at Tule Springs master planned community in North Las Vegas.  They similarly offer 2-story plans between 2,200 and 3,000 square feet with prices currently starting at $455,000.
